Joerg has spent over 20 years in the support industry. He is the owner of IT Secure Services, which he founded when realizing there was a lack of support service personnel that were both competent and personable at the same time. He founded IT Secure Services on the principles of honesty and ethical behavior.
Dan started with IT Secure Services in 2013. He is a high-achieving technology enthusiast and business professional, with extensive experience optimizing information technology support operations in fast-paced, service-oriented environments. He possess a combination of motivational team leadership and exceptional project management skills, with an aptitude for innovation and creative problem solving. He is adept at utilizing keen systems and network knowledge to troubleshoot issues, optimize work processes, and provide superior end-user training and support. Dan received his bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies from SNHU, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Sam started as an intern at IT Secure 5 years ago. He has an associates in computer science. Passionate about problem solving and keeping up on the latest tech trends if you have an issue Sam will work tirelessly until its fixed. He spends his free time programming to better understand and learn the technological world of security.
Kevin has been caring for people for more than 20 years, ensuring their computers do what they need them to do. His career journey has carried him through such diverse industries as theatrical lighting, higher education, advertising, and health care, earning a BA and an MBA along the way. Having joined the team at IT Secure in late 2020, Kevin is enjoying getting to know our clients and understanding their needs and how we can best support them in achieving their goals.
